About facilities and servise in La Viola

    Is there an internet environment in the guest room?

    High speed free wifi can be used in the entire building. There is no personal computer rental available.

    Do you offer breakfast or dinner?
    A.
    We do not provide breakfast and dinner in La Viola. However, at the bar Lounge on the 3rd floor, we offer craft beer, whiskey, brandy, sake, shochu, plum wine, soft drinks, coffee / tea, sweets, snacks, ice cream (Haagen Dazs), instant noodles for hotel guests In addition, bread is served every morning for free.

    Can I use the delivery service to eat and drink in the hotel?

    Delivery is available. Please inform the front desk of your estimated arrival time before using the delivery service. The guest has to be responsible for all delivery costs. Room charges are not supported.

    Is there a smoking area?

    We strictly prohibit smoking inside the Hotel. Outside the terrace on the 3rd floor lounge is the only space for smoking.

    Can I get medicine at the hotel?
    A.
    Under the Pharmacy Law in Japan, pharmaceuticals cannot be provided. Please preper yourself or we will introduce hospitals and pharmacies around the hotel at the front desk. Please remind that you will not be purchase depending on the time and day.

    What shall I do if I suddenly feel sick while staying at a hotel?
    A.
    Staff in the hotel stay full-time and provides 24 hours customer support. If you do not feel well, we will ask you about the symptoms and condition, and then refer you to the hospital nearby and arrange them. When you need an ambulance, our staff will respond promptly.

    There is no rental service for portalble wifi. Please prepare yourself in advance before your travel.

    We do not have any extra bed.

    Do you provide laundry service?
    A.
    Laundry service is not provided. There is a laundrette available near La Viola.

    Can I stay with my pet?
    A.
    Pets are not allowed in the hotel except for guide dogs. If you are traveling with pets, we can help you to find a suitable hotel if needed.

    Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

    Please send it to the following address and make sure to specify THE DATE of your stay,THE BOOKING NAME and NUMBER on shipping slip. We ask you to arrange your luggage arrives on your arrival date or the day before.
